San Antonio Helicopter Wedding Packages
San Antonio Helicopter Wedding Packages are limited to the couple, pilot, and officiating minister only. Total combined passenger weight may not exceed 570 lbs. No single passengers weight may exceed 300 Lbs. Subject to weather conditions and safety limitations as instructed by air traffic control. Carry-on items limited to small bags weighing less than 10 Lbs. Subject to Availability. Liability release and photo ID required at check in. A La Carte services may be added to these packages.
Helicopter Wedding Package 1. Minister, Wedding Ceremony, and Downtown San Antonio Flight
The perfect small wedding or elopement package for couples looking for something unique. This package Includes your choice of a religious or civil wedding ceremony, and 9-11 minutes of helicopter flight time, covering 15-16 miles up the San Antonio River right to the Riverwalk downtown. Your ceremony will begin as you fly over the Alamodome, Tower of the Americas, the Alamo, and the historic La Villita district. Then sit back and enjoy the flight back to Stinson Airport. Helicopter Wedding Package 2. Minister, Wedding Ceremony, and Alamo & More Flight
This package Includes your choice of a religious or civil wedding ceremony (Ceremony abbreviated to fit flight time and allow time for couple to experience the scenery), and 16-18 minutes of helicopter flight time up the San Antonio River covering 27-30 miles over the Alamo, Riverwalk downtown. Then heading further north, you will fly by the San Antonio Zoo and Quarry Market. Be sure to look for the old cement stack. Helicopter Wedding Package 3. Minister, Wedding Ceremony and Sunset City Lights Flight - Longest R44 Helicopter Flight Time
This wedding package includes your choice of a religious or non religious aerial wedding ceremony, or may also be booked as a private 1 hour tour flight for two with a short ground ceremony before departure. You will depart Stinson Airport just before sunset and head up into the Texas Hill Country, then return over beautiful San Antonio when the City Lights turn on and the River Walk begins to glow. Holiday Lights Helicopter Wedding - Night Flight This seasonal night flight package Includes your choice of a religious or civil wedding ceremony (Ceremony abbreviated to fit flight time and allow time for couple to experience the scenery), and approx: 16-18 minutes of helicopter flight time. Sights include holiday lights at University of the Incarnate Word, Alamo Plaza, downtown San Antonio and the Riverwalk. $737.25
Santa Flight Holiday Helicopter Wedding - Night Flight This night time flight package Includes your choice of a religious or civil wedding ceremony (Ceremony abbreviated to fit flight time and allow time for couple to experience the scenery), and approx: 30-32 minutes of helicopter flight time. 15 minutes of dusk and 15 minutes under dark night skies. We'll fly up to the Hill Country over La Cantera, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, over an Ice Rink, and see San Antonio's festive Holiday lights from the air. Only 1 Santa Flight Nightly ( Call for Pricing)
Professional Photography Mini Session Preflight & Post Flight: $375.00 (due to airport safety, please no personal photographers)

Notice: San Antonio Helicopter Weddings have strict safety regulations. Please do not ask if your friends or family can pilot the helicopters, if you may bring a church pastor or other officiant, if we can land in your back yard, or if limo's can drive on the runways or taxiways to the helicopters. There is a specific set of staff members approved to fly with couples. This is an active Airport, there are no reception facilities on site, and you may not bring guests with you. We do not rent helicopters or other aircraft for your personal use, Helicopter weddings are intended as an exciting elopement alternative for couples only. Enjoy your flight.
